The London Borough of Richmond upon Thames is the planning authority. Access, parking and delivery

Our team drives in from Fifield, roughly 17 miles away in a straight line and 35 to 45 minutes along the M4 in normal traffic. Parts of Kew sit in controlled parking zones KA and KB, so we check your street and apply to Richmond upon Thames Council for a suspension where a bay has to be kept free.
